We've published a new demo: Port Inspector

Everything you wanted to know about configuring the port inspector and were afraid to ask, you can now find in today's demo:

dynamic addition/removal of ports
configure individual ports by path or as a list item
configuring port layouts and port labels
fine tuning of port position and orientation
define whether a port can be connected to other ports
change port shapes individually or for a group
change the stacking order in which ports are rendered
change various port presentation attributes

As a bonus, the custom inspector will highlight ports when you hover over the inspector field related to that port.
